Regular yoga classes are suitable for students of all ages, backgrounds, walks of life and levels of fitness. We introduce and explain yoga to people with no previous experience and guide existing yoga practitioners who wish to deepen their practice of Iyengar Yoga.

Ladies' class
A woman's body is biologically created for some specific functions. During the different stages of life, physiological changes occur and in each of these she has to face problems and internal conflicts. A woman has to pay a high price physically and psychologically in her role of mother, wife, sister, friend etc. Stabilization of the physical and mental states is achieved by asanas and pranayama.
